Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Chick App ("we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of the Chick App mobile application (the "App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Chick App is a boxing and martial arts training application that provides:

• Pre-designed punch combination training sets
• Custom combo builder for personalized training
• Audio and visual guidance during training sessions
• Progress tracking and statistics
• Technique guides and educational content
• Goal setting features for daily and weekly targets

User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App.
• Not use any automated means to access or interact with the App.
• Not redistribute, modify, or create derivative works of the App without permission.

Health and Fitness Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: The App is intended for informational and training guidance purposes only. Before starting any exercise program:

• Consult with a qualified healthcare provider or physician.
• Ensure you are physically capable of performing the exercises.
• Use proper equipment and protective gear as appropriate.
• Train in a safe environment with adequate space.
• Stop exercising immediately if you experience pain, discomfort, or any adverse symptoms.

We are not medical professionals and the App does not provide medical advice. Any training suggestions, technique guides, or workout programs are for general information only. You assume full responsibility for your own health and safety when using the App.

Physical Activity Risks

Boxing, kickboxing, and martial arts training involve inherent risks including but not limited to:

• Muscle strains, sprains, and other soft tissue injuries
• Joint injuries
• Cardiovascular stress
• Impact injuries from heavy bag training
• Hand and wrist injuries

By using the App, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Chick App is not liable for any injuries or health issues that may result from using the App or following its training suggestions.

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Chick App and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes:

• App design and user interface
• Training sets and combinations
• Technique descriptions and guides
• Audio content and voice commands
• Graphics, icons, and visual elements

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

User-Generated Content

The App allows you to create custom training sets and combinations. You retain ownership of any content you create, but by using the App you grant us a non-exclusive license to store this content locally on your device for the purpose of providing the App's functionality.

Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites, services, or content that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for:

• The content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party websites or services.
• Any products, services, or content offered by third parties.
• Any damages or losses caused by third-party services.

We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services you access through the App.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Your violation of these Terms

• Any injury or harm resulting from your training activities

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App will cease immediately.
• You may delete the App and any locally stored data.
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.

Severability
